Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

    How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

    • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    Return Policy

    *ALL SALES FINAL

    • Due to limited available quantities, we can only offer a return for items that are received damaged.
    • Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. 
    • Items must be unused, in their original condition with tags attached.

      Refunds:

      • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
